The purpose of this Code of Ethics is to put in writing the values and principles on which we base our work.
It also serves to remind us-every day-to company and employees, what is the way forward in the professional performance they entrust to us. For Metaldeza it is not enough to do our job well, but we must also do it ethically and committed to our values.
1.- Respect for People and Loyalty to the Company
METALDEZA is aware that people are the most important value of the company. Therefore, it will ensure that every day a culture of respect for people is established, with no room for harassment, intimidation, discrimination or offensive treatment. Likewise, all METALDEZA employees will be loyal to the company, both in words and behavior.

10.- Ethical Monitoring
In order to make this code of ethics or good practices a reality, a monitoring commission will be created and the means will be put in place to detect possible deviations. The necessary measures will be adopted to implement and disseminate it at all levels of the company.
