Industrial Building Projects from start to finish
We have a qualified engineering team that allows us to tackle the projects from start to finish. An expanding and innovatively-oriented department capable of solving the most demanding challenges. Specialists in design and calculation of metal structures, calculation of connections and detail engineering, 3d modeling, project management and work administration. Both for the calculation of structures (both European and American regulations) and connections, we have the most advanced finite element software on the market.
We have almost 14,500 square meters covered workshop where we have painting workshop, assembly, with a production capacity of 1000 tons/month. Our experience and proven logistics to other countries, we are present in more than 27 countries all over the world.
Metaldeza Experience
One of the largest projects we carried out since Metaldeza was the execution of industrial warehouses for a “steel mill, rolling mill and electro welded mesh”, in Brazil, in the year 2013-2014, in which we used about 10,000 tonnes of steel. The design, calculation and detail engineering of this project were carried out by the engineering department of Metaldeza.
BIM Methodology
Our Engineering department specializes in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology. In this way we can generate and manage the data throughout the life cycle of the installation when simulating the constructive project. This process of virtual construction with the BIM methodology, prior to the construction, allows to visualize in three dimensions and in real time the project, which decreases the loss of time and optimizes resources in the design and in the construction.
